Concert For Love and Acceptance Review

I was honored to be invited to cover the 10th Annual Concert For Love and Acceptance. The event took place at Luke Combs new bar, Category 10. The best part was being able to be a part of the blue carpet and get to talk to a bunch of the artists including Lindsay Ell, Maggie Rose, David Archuleta, and Kalie Shorr.

A few highlights of the night. Morgxn was crowned this year’s winner of Ty’s annual coveted award. Maggie Rose brought down the house with her cover of “I Can’t Make You Love Me”. David Archuleta fans were thrilled to see him back performing his new single. Ingrid Andress sounded great on “More Hearts Than Mine” and a duet of “Wishful Drinking” with Ty Herndon. Headliner Dasha had the crowd line dancing, boots stomping to her hit “Austin”. She also performed her new single “Not At This Party”.

It was a great night as artists and fans came together to support the LGBTQ community. More than one artist told me just how much the night meant for them and how big an impact Ty Herndon has made in this tight knit community.
